CNC grinding

When extreme performance and quality are required, parts are finished by grinding. Our highly-trained personnel performs both cylinder-like grindings and surface grindings.

Grinding is a fast way of finishing cylinder-like parts and ensuring the best possible surface quality. Grinding also enables us to reach the correct cylinder-like shape and straightness. Grinding is performed with CNC grinding machines, with an accuracy of thousandths. An internal measuring station has been integrated into the grinding machines. To make sure that each part leaving our facilities is of the best possible quality, we double-check the dimensions with an external measuring station.

Our grinding cells are equipped for unmanned operations. Automation enables us to reach the highest level of performance and cost-effectiveness. An automation cell includes a grinding machine and a measuring station. An automatic washing machine equipped with a robot ensures the cleanliness of our products.
