Particle Inspection with the Magnaflux® Method (MT)

We perform particle inspections with the Magnaflux® method. We can perform a 100 % quality assurance on parts of up to 250 kilograms in weight.

The surface of the material is inspected to detect possible cracks. Cracks can form in the material itself or they can form due to localized heating during manufacturing. Products that have not been inspected can cause a safety risk and significant damage to people and property. A flawless surface is also an important quality factor: by performing particle inspections we ensure that our products are as long-lasting and high-performing as possible.

Our particle inspection is performed in a particle inspection bench, which enables us to process exceptionally heavy parts. Inspections are performed by our highly skilled employees who regularly take part in trainings provided by external training providers.
